We give you the tools, training, support, and community you need to build a thriving real estate career in Labrador West.
Built here, for our agents. Everything below works today for every agent, except the one line marked "in pilot".
A website or phone lead is assigned to you in Follow Up Boss with a first-call task, and the office watches response times.

The office opens your deal file from the signed agreement and files the paperwork that arrives at office@. Your deal shows in Follow Up Boss too.
Turner Agent, our agent app, is in pilot with four agents.
Every listing gets its own page on our site within the hour, with photos, a spoken "Hear about this home" narration and a chat that answers buyers' questions.

Buyers who sign up hear about new listings that match their search first.

New-listing reels with a voiceover, the Friday open-house roundup, milestones, tips, stories and just-sold posts go out on their own, and you get a text with the link to share.

When your deal goes firm, a print-ready just-sold letter for the neighbourhood is prepared for you.

Pending and sold status flow from the deal file to the website.

Deposits that reach the office are recorded in trust against your deal, and your paperwork is filed and tracked on it.

Royal LePage is a great company, and every RLP office shares the same national brand, MLS access, and referral network. What varies office to office is what the broker builds on top of that — here's what's different about Royal LePage Turner Realty.
Some national brokerage models build compensation around recruiting other agents — you earn from what the people you recruit sell, not just what you sell. We don't do that. Our profit share is tied entirely to your own production. No downline, no recruiting overrides.
Beyond rlpCAMPUS and RRI training, agents get ongoing production tracking and personalized reporting on where they stand against their own goals throughout the year, not just at year-end.
We track our local markets closely — competitor activity, listing trends, pricing shifts — and share what matters with agents, so pricing conversations with clients are backed by real data.
Mike Turner isn't a hands-off franchise owner — he's a working broker with 28 years in the business, personally involved in every agent's growth.
Gander (HQ) and Happy Valley–Goose Bay — the reach of a multi-office brokerage with the attention of a small one.
We keep investing in the tools and support behind the scenes, so what you get here keeps getting stronger.
Straight answers on splits, licence transfers, technology, training, and what it's actually like working Labrador West from a Gander-based brokerage.
We offer a straightforward 70/30 split — the same structure for every agent, no caps, no desk fees — plus a profit-sharing program based entirely on your own production. Details on structuring it around your specific goals are best discussed one-on-one with Mike Turner, Broker of Record — get in touch.
Those models are built heavily around recruiting — you earn from agents you bring in, not just your own sales. Ours isn't. Every dollar of profit share here comes from your own production, with no downline and no cap on what you can earn.
Transferring your NLAR licence is straightforward. You submit a Transfer of Registration form through the Newfoundland and Labrador Association of REALTORS®, and we handle the brokerage side — sponsoring-broker paperwork, MLS/Matrix reassignment, and Royal LePage national-systems access. Most transfers complete in three to five business days with no gap in your ability to list or sell.
No. Labrador West agents work remotely from Labrador City or Wabush. Our Gander HQ at 204 Airport Boulevard handles administrative support, compliance, trust accounting, and broker supervision — you don't commute there. You list, show, and close locally; we handle the back office.
Every Turner agent gets rlpCAMPUS self-directed online training, weekly live webinars, Richard Robbins International (RRI) coaching, and twice-yearly in-person Marketing Workshops. You also get direct mentorship from Mike Turner (Broker of Record since 1998) and the Turner Realty Team, a Royal LePage® National Chairman's Club™ Top 1% team by units (2017–2025). Onboarding is tailored to where you are — new licensee or experienced producer.
